Official 7’s practice will begin April 20th 6:30pm Mills Pond. We will be practicing Tuesdays & Wednesdays then beach on Thursdays.

Practice will be held at 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Mills Pond Park.

Summer 7’s Schedule

• May 22 Bahamas 7’s Nassau – Working on special rate for 3 day cruise over. Departs Fri afternoon – gets back Mon 8am Please let me know if you are interested
• June 19 Surfin 7’s West Palm
• June 26 Todd Miller Sanford FL
• July 2-3 Cape Fear Wilmington NC
• July 24th Beerfoot Beach Naples
