Iron Maidens vs. University of Miami

Saturday, October 4th, the Iron Maidens faced off against the University of Miami.  It was a lovely fall day with temperatures reaching into the 90s and a blazing ball of fire over head.  The match began promptly around 11:33am or 11:00am according to “rugby” time.  The first half began and the Maidens dominated keeping the ball in enemy territory for the entire half.  Tries were scored and kicks were made (I can’t recollect by who exactly, my apologies, but being a prop I have taken several blows to the head).  The first half concluded with the usual whistle blow and the Maidens took a much needed water break.
The second half began with the Maidens playing short.  The enemy was able to come into our territory, but did not capitalize on the opportunity.  The Maidens came back and scored some more.  In the end, it was a Maiden victory with a final score of 33 to 0 proving that pretty girls hit hard and score more!  Take that UM!!!  It was a great day for the Iron Maidens!!!  (A special thanks to Mr. Vincent Booth)

Reminders:
